SHIPPING POLICY -

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of your order being made if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock or a pre-order an estimated date of dispatch will be provided to you. All delivery options available require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If the delivery is unable to be made, you will need to organise redelivery/collection from your local postal service.

Royal Mail International *Track & Sign - From £10.50 to £14.10

Royal Mail International Sign For - From £10.50 to £14.10

Royal Mail International Sign For - Small Parcel - From £15.00 to £16.50

*Some international destinations do not have the ability for tracked mail, but a signature will still be required upon delivery.

Depending on your geographical location the transit time can vary. For UK orders it's usually 3-5 days, and for international orders it can be between 1-6 weeks.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for the importation of consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. You will need to research this and allow for the cost to make sure you can successfully take delivery of your items. 

FREE SHIPPING -

Free shipping is offered on all qualifying orders. Domestic orders over £99, International orders to USA, Canada & Europe over £149, and the Rest of the World orders over £174 qualify for free shipping. This will need to be selected in the checkout before making payment, failure to successfully select the free shipping option in the checkout may result in a charge, this will not be refunded. Sign for methods of delivery will still be used.
