SHIPPING POLICY -
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of your order being placed if the item(s) is/are in stock. If the item is out of stock or a pre-order an estimated date of dispatch will be provided to you. For delivery options that require a signature from the recipient upon delivery, if the delivery is unable to be made, you will need to organise redelivery/collection from your local postal service.

*Some international destinations do not have the ability for tracked mail, but a signature will still be required upon delivery.

Please provide us with an accurate Name, Delivery Address, Email Address & Telephone Number at checkout as this information is required by Customs. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being delayed or withheld by Customs, we are not liable for any issues should the wrong info be presented.
Depending on your geographical location the transit time can vary, please see below approximates -

Europe 1-4 Weeks (Italy, Germany & Holland can usually take up to 4 weeks)

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for the importation of consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. You will need to research this and allow for the cost to make sure you can successfully take delivery of your items.
TRACKING UPDATES -
Once the order is collected it is scanned into the Royal Mail system, it will then continue to be scanned and the tracking updated along it's route with them.
For international parcels the tracking will indicate when the parcel has left the UK, from there it is the responsibility of the local postal service to scan and update the tracking. However, some countries postal services don't always scan the parcel upon entry to the country or local post office. The only time it is updated is to mark the parcel as 'Delivered'. These large gaps in updates are usual and don't mean the parcel has been lost in transit, but if you would like more info regarding a parcel in this stage please don't hesitate to contact us.
FREE SHIPPING -
Free shipping is offered on all qualifying orders. Domestic orders over £99, International orders to USA, Canada & Europe over £149, and the Rest of the World orders over £174 qualify for free shipping. This will need to be selected in the checkout before making payment, failure to successfully select the free shipping option in the checkout may result in a charge, this will not be refunded. Sign for methods of delivery will still be used.
PACKAGING -
All items are shipped in discreet brown packaging, with just delivery name and address label on the front and a 'FRAGILE' sticker should the order require one.
