Returns Policy
RETURNS REQUIREMENTS:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the shipment of your order
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging
- The return request must be for a valid reason

There are some cases where we do not provide a refund:
- If the item(s) are used.
- If the item(s) is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error, we cannot issue a refund.
- International orders that are refused by a customer at customs will NOT be refunded. Please know your country's customs and tax rates before placing your order. No refunds will be offered in these rejection cases.
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email informing you whether we accept or reject your refund claim.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customers may be required to send photos and videos to us for a pre-inspection and warranty replacement claim. This will also avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
If the item(s) have a manufacturers warranty, the process will be carried out in accordance with the manufactures warranty process/requests. Most manufacturers deal with claims in-house and will usually ask that the case be passed over to them, if this happens you will be made aware and only details you allow us to share will be.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). We will work with you immediately to investigate and rectify the issue.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If your refund is approved, we will process it and you will receive a refund of the item(s) amount to your original payment method. This can take up to 3-5 days to show back into you bank account.
If the order has not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, we reserve the right to refund the total amount lesser the transaction & refund processing fees.
We have implemented this due to numerous instances of customers placing large orders and requesting to cancel them before shipment, with no explanation provided. As a retailer, we are charged a transaction fee for every purchase placed, and a second transaction fee during the refund process. However, this is at our discretion and will not necessarily be implemented during every refund. If this is implemented, the customer will be provided with an explanation as to why.
